$300 alcohol fee
This price includes set-up for the wedding, clean-up, tables, white wedding chairs, white linens (tablecloths), courtyard, ice machine, and full service kitchen. The fee covers use of the building the entire day of the wedding and/or reception for decorating, getting ready, photographs, etc.
Private Party Rental
$250 alcohol deposit – This deposit is required to serve alcohol during the event. Should there be no damage to Montgomery Place the deposit will be refunded.
2 small rooms

Large room only
- 120 people or less $325
Large room and bar room
- $ 400
Entire building
- $ 550
This price includes set-up, clean-up, tables, white chairs, white linens (tablecloths), courtyard, ice machine, and full service kitchen. The fee covers use of the building for 4 hours for the event and 2 hours to decorate.
